A student from Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences (MSUAS) Council died 12 days before his graduation day, which will be held on October 2.
Courage Nemaisa completed his studies at MSUAS with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Processing Honours degree and was due to graduate.
In a statement, the MSUAS community mourns the untimely passing of Courage Nemaisa, who was due to graduate.
“We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Nemaisa family, his friends and loved ones.
“His memory will forever be cherished by the MSUAS community. May his dear soul rest in eternal peace.”
The university’s chairman, Eng. Ben Rafemoyo and Vice Chancellor, Professor Albert Chawanda, staff and students, among other officials, expressed their heartfelt condolences to the Nemaisa family.
“We pray that the Nemaisa family and friends find solace in that their loss is deeply shared by the entire MSUAS community.”
