Meet an ex-lover who logs into your account, post to humiliate you

A Bindura man has escaped a 12-month jail term after he unlawfully accessed his ex-girlfriend’s social media accounts before he posted an obscene audio message intended to humiliate her.Kudakwashe Lordship Tengende (24), was convicted of cyberbullying and harassment before a Bindura Magistrates’ Court.
He unlawfully accessed his ex-girlfriend’s social media accounts and posted an obscene audio message intended to humiliate her.
He pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment, of which 4 months were suspended on condition that he does not commit a similar offence.
A further 8 months were suspended on condition that he performs 280 hours of community service.
The offender and the victim (29) were previously in a relationship.
Following a misunderstanding on February 2, the two separated.
The offender withdrew a cellphone he had given the victim to use, without affording her the opportunity to log out of her Facebook and TikTok accounts.
On February 4, Kudakwashe logged into the victim’s Facebook and TikTok accounts and posted an obscene audio message to platforms accessible to over 3500 followers with the intention of humiliating her.
The victim began receiving numerous calls from followers alerting her to the offensive post. Although she deleted the audio message, the offender reposted it several times until she removed it for the fourth time.
