Edd Branson Publishers have extended their heartfelt condolences and support to families who lost their relatives in the tragic accident which claimed 17 lives on Tuesday morning.
The accident occured along Seke Road.
In a statement, the Publishers’ Public Relations Manager Kuzivakwashe Mtandiro said:
“On behalf of Edd Branson Publishers, we write to express our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the people of Chitungwiza and families affected by the recent tragic accident which claimed several lives and left others injured.
“We stand with the grieving families and the broader Chitungwiza community during this painful time.
“In the spirit of solidarity and compassion, we would like to humbly offer our support to the bereaved families through your esteemed office.
“We are preparing to donate foodstuffs and other essential items that may be needed during the mourning and burial period to help ease the burden on the families.
“We kindly request your guidance and coordination in identifying the most appropriate way to channel this assistance so that it reaches those in need in an efficient and dignified manner.
“Please accept our sincere condolences once again.
“Our thoughts and prayers remain with the affected families and the entire community of Chitungwiza.”
