Popular healer, Madzibaba Norest Hlohla has dropped a sizzling song, Magetsi featuring Mutare-based gospel singer, Melania Fidze.
Ironically, the Madzibaba Norest resides and operates at a place called Pamagetsi in Southlea Park.
He has become a darling of many people seeking his helping hand.
The single talks about his work and how he has helped troubled people.
His work includes back to sender, bringing lost love, bringing thieves to book using bees, and helping the barren, and the unlucky among other problems.
In an interview, he said:
“We have released this single with Melania and we are simply the gospel of emancipating people from different problems.
“People are carrying a lot of burdens including, barrenness, troubles from witches, ndinodzosa mbavha, kubatsira vane munyama.
“This song is just the beginning, next year we will bring you a full album,” he said.
Melania confirmed her collaboration with Madzibaba.
“Magetsi talks about how Madzibaba is helping troubled people.
“Vasina vana vanobatsira, vabirwa vese should see Madziba that is where the title of the song comes from.
“Madzibaba magetsi chaiwo this song is just the beginning.
“In 2025 we will be dropping a full album. It is a surprise, we are yet to give you the name, it’s a surprise title.
“It will be something to cheer you in January.
“Madzibaba has done a lot of work for his people, vanodzinga zvikwambo, zvodzokera kuvaridzi.
“All those who have problems, including lack of marriage.”
Madzibaba is popular in the region for his magical hand.
