A man has been jailed for 102 years for armed robbery spree.
The 35-year-old, Tapiwa Mbirimi, appeared before a Harare magistrate who jailed him to a staggering 102-year jail term.
He committed a spate of violent crimes committed in January 2023.
Mbirimi, armed with a pistol, machete, and an iron bar, terrorized residents of Savanhu, Chitungwiza, targeting and robbing innocent victims.
His reign of terror included attempted murder, and shooting a victim with a pistol.
