A Gokwe man was reportedly killed for demanding lobola from his son-in-law.
The incident occurred last Friday when Odent Matiki, 63, was found dead.
He had a swelling on the left ear near Kana Primary School.
Police confirmed the incident.
Police in Gokwe are investigating a case of murder where the victim was last seen arguing with his son-in-law, Stanley Nkomo during a beer-drinking spree.
“The victim had demanded lobola from the suspect.”
