He seems to have an obsession with stealing motorcycles.
Andy Ushewokunze, 30, has been arrested for a spate of theft of motorcycles and unlawful entry cases.
In a statement, police confirmed his arrest along with his accomplice, Titus Manjengwa, for entering premises and theft cases.
The cases occurred in Chegutu between January 2026 and May 20.
“On 21st May 2026, Police arrested Titus Manjengwa after receiving information that he was in possession of a stolen motorcycles.
“Titus Manjengwa implicated Andy Ushewokunze, leading to his arrest at Mukohwe Shopping Centre, Pfupajena.
“Subsequently, police recovered six stolen motorcycles and a solar battery.
“The suspects are clearing at least 10 cases of theft of motorcycles and a case of unlawful entry into premises and theft which occurred in May 2026 at a house in Kaguvi Phase Four, Chegutu where a solar battery and a television set were stolen.
“Meanwhile, the Police is appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of the suspects’ accomplices identified as Tapiwa Ushewokunze and Last Masarakufa.”
