A Mutare woman has been jailed for 15 years after she forced a 14-year-old boy into having sexual intercourse with her.
The culprit appeared before Mutare Magistrates’ Court, where she was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment.
The 24-year-old was found guilty of aggravated indecent assault.
The offender and the victim (14) live in the same village in Chief Zimunya area, Mutare.
On September,23, 2025, the victim went to the garden to water vegetables.
In a statement, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) confirmed that the offender followed him and asked him for sexual intercourse, but he turned her down.
She forced the victim to undress before she pinned him down and had sexual intercourse with him.
The victim reported the incident after he started passing bloody urine.
The victim was accompanied to the police by his uncle to report the matter, leading to the arrest of the woman.
