The much anticipated third edition of the Executive Branch, a women’s transformative gathering aimed at empowering women will roar into life tomorrow in Harare at Siyekhaya Estate.
Award-winning South Africa’s biggest wellness influencer and digital entrepreneur, Mpoomy Ledwada, will be the main speaker.
This will be Ledwaba’s first-ever visit to Zimbabwe.
Over 200 women are expected to grace the event.
Founder and pioneer of the initiative, Ruth Kudzai-Dube, believes that women are capable of doing great things when they are united.
Some of the main speakers include Dumi Nkala, Thandeka Sibanda, Brenda Kamoto Tinashe Nduku, and Rodna Ntabeni.
Since its inception in 2022, the Executive Branch has established itself as an empowering, must-attend event where women gather to ignite ambition, exchange knowledge, and form lasting connections.
In an interview, Ruth, confirmed that the transformative third edition follows another which was held on October 26, in the UK.
“This year we are running, under the theme Bloom 2025 and this time around, it’s back with a powerful day of inspiration, strategy, and sisterhood.
“The show is sold out and it’s a sign that women are prepared to share.
“This year’s edition promises even more impact, with a headline keynote by Mpoomy Ledwaba in her first-ever Zimbabwe appearance.
“There will be dynamic conversations with women leading in business, leadership, and impact, unfiltered insights from a powerful lineup of enterprising, professional, driven women.
“It will also be an opportunity for sponsor engagement opportunities with Zimbabwe’s most enterprising women,” she said.
Kudzai added that the gathering is a movement to empower women.
“The Executive Branch is not just a platform, but it’s a movement.
“We understand the nuances of professional life and have crafted an empowering space that connects and empowers ambitious women for professional and personal success.
“In a world where confidence is the currency of success, we not only boost but actively develop the confidence of women.
“Connecting eager and zealous ambitious women from all walks of life, we bring together a community determined to grow and succeed, setting a strong representation for future generations.
“We believe in the strength of shared experiences. Our community of diverse women fosters intergenerational learning that spans wisdom across ages.
“Women learn from real-world examples of women who are confidence builders, barrier breakers, and thriving both personally and professionally.”
Ruth further said that the Executive Branch is a catalyst for evolution, providing resources and support for women to thrive.
“Our events create safe spaces for women to practice and enhance their confidence in low-stakes environments to climb the career ladder.
“It’s not just about climbing the ladder, but it’s about continuously developing and growing.
“Through initiatives like these, the Executive Branch continues to be a sanctuary for women to connect, share, and grow on both personal and professional levels.
“We are expecting to have another function in Zimbabwe next year, around May.”
The Executive Branch is a platform that empowers women with the tools, networks, and confidence to lead, thrive, and build lasting legacies.
