South African singer and dancer Makhadzi seems to be charmed by Zimbabwean men.
The energetic dancer posted on her Facebook page with a wishful prayer that she needs a man from the Zezuru tribe, preferably of Mhofu totem.
“Ndirikunamata kuti ndione murume Mushona chaiye chaiye muzezuru kana Mhofu zvavo,” reads her post.
Makhadzi has over 7 million followers.
The post received over 5,000 likes and over 4,000 comments.
The post was received with excitement by different Facebook users including celebrities like Madam Boss, Tempo Man, and Tatelicious among others.
Some, however, condemned the Mhofu Totem as of loose morals who bedhop women.
“Ndabvuma hangu chipari (I have accepted polygamy),” said Madam Boss.
While Makhadzi responded:
“Madam Boss Huya mudiwa Togara tese na Mhofela wedu,” much to the excitement of other users.
