Police have arrested one of the sisters who was recorded while bashing a naked woman they accused of cheating.
The arrest follows a video circulating on social media platforms in which two women are seen brutally assaulting a naked woman over infidelity allegations.
In the video, one of the suspects is heard shouting at the victim to get married rather than cheat.
“Get married, don’t be a cheater,” she is heard shouting.
In a statement, police confirmed that the incident occurred in Uzumba-Maramba-Pfungwe on February 20.
“Tambudzai Manjera(24) has since been arrested in connection with this case.
“Her accomplice, Tanaka Manjera (22), is still at large. More information will follow in due course.”
