Prophet T Freddy is making a triumphant comeback as his church nears completion, following setbacks from a demolition five years ago.
An emotional reminder of this challenging time is his song “Ndiri Kurwadziwa,” which was released shortly after the destruction of his Glenview church by the Harare City Council in 2020.
This demolition was not merely a logistical setback but it struck a deep emotional chord with the Man of God, who had invested significant resources into the structure.
In the heartfelt lyrics of the song, he expresses his pain, singing, “Ndingagone kuzvishingisa vakomana ndiri kurwadziwa.”
Despite the heavy blow, Prophet T Freddy, renowned for his prophetic gifts, persevered and secured a new location at the corner of Highglen and Mushayabande Road.
Five years later, he is on the verge of completing a state-of-the-art church that will accommodate over 3,500 worshippers.
“We have tried to invest in the church to ensure that people can worship God in a more conducive environment.
“Of course, we suffered a major setback a while back, but God is always faithful,” he stated.
