A Ntabazinduna man allegedly killed a man he suspected of theft before he committed suicide by consuming an unknown substance.
In a statement, the Zimbabwe Republic Police confirmed that they are investigating a case of murder in which Bekithemba Ndlovu allegedly committed the murder before he killed himself.
“The ZRP is investigating a case of murder which occurred on June 16, at a homestead in Ntabazinduna, Matabeleland Province, in which Bekhithemba Ndlovu (34) allegedly killed Sibonginkosi Nyathi (32) after allegedly accusing him of theft.
“Thereafter, Bekithemba Ndlovu committed suicide by consuming an unknown substance.”
