Dr Sharon James says her new role is not just a title but a call to drive meaningful change in communities across Zimbabwe following her appointment as the president of Jamie Pajoel International Zimbabwe (JPIZ), the country.
Her focus is firmly set on equipping young people with tools that will shape their careers.
“I am excited about this opportunity because I believe young Zimbabweans are hungry for change and not just talk, but real transformation,” she said.
JPI, a global leadership and empowerment organization founded by renowned Nigerian leadership coach Jamie Pajoel, operates in several African countries.
Its aim is to groom the next generation of change makers.
“I want to create platforms where young people can be heard, supported, and trained. We are not waiting for tomorrow, leadership is needed now, and it starts with us.
“What sets JPI apart is that we don’t just talk about leadership we live it. My vision is to reach young people even in the most remote areas, and remind them that they matter, their voice matters, and their dreams are valid,” she said.
