NetOne in partnership with Harare City has joined hands in the fight against littering.
On Friday the two held a clean-up campaign as part of a declaration against littering from NetOne Kopje Plaza and extending to the Rowen Martins environs.

Speaking during the clean-up campaign, NetOne group CEO Engineer Raphael Mushanawani emphasised more on the need to work together.

“As NetOne, in partnership with the Harare City Council, we embark on the collective exercise with the aim of fostering a clean, secure, and healthy environment, echoing the essence of the Declaration.

“Together, let us strive to ensure the success of this clean-up campaign.
“Our combined efforts today will lay the groundwork for a cleaner and more sustainable future for our community.”

He called upon prioritisation of safety.
“Let us prioritise safety and that of others by wearing appropriate attire and using provided cleaning tools cautiously.
“We need to work collaboratively with fellow participants, showing respect and support for one another.
“We also need to properly dispose of collected litter in designated bins and follow waste segregation guidelines to promote effective recycling,” he said.
NetOne, PR Officer Rudo Vicente, also called for togetherness in the fight against littering.
“Together, we can make a tangible impact in upholding the cleanliness and pride of our environment.
“Let’s work hand in hand to make a difference today and for the well-being of our environment tomorrow.”
