A 25-year-old man from Bulawayo has been jailed for 20 years effective for sodomising his 13-year-old nephew.
He appeared before the Western Commanage Magistrates’ Court in Bulawayo on aggravated indecent assault charges.
The accused person was convicted and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment
On June 24, the complainant and the accused person were sleeping in the same bed when he had anal sexual intercourse with the boy.
The matter came to light when the complainant reported to his mother.
A police report was made leading to the arrest of the accused.
