In an interview, Pastor Macheka said the crusade will be graced by gospel artists.
“We have many gospel artists lined up for this event including the likes of Mathias Mhere, Minister Ellard and Sharon Cherayi, Tapiwa Masara, and the United Ambassadors of Christ Praise Team.
“The idea to have musicians is to attract many souls and attract a huge audience.
“Apostle B Java will be our special guest.
“This is a revival of transformational messages supported by prayer line, healing, prophecy, deliverance,” he said.
“We have been engaging the elderly and drug campaign on Saturdays from 10 am.
“We are trying to bring restoration and hope to lost souls.
“Our main aim is to preach Jesus and win souls for the kingdom.
“Ideally we want to win souls and get them saved in Christ.
“We have been seeing a lot of young boys, some of them under the age of 15 taking drugs,” he said.
He said they want to use the crusade as a soul-winning day.
“We will also engage in counseling sessions and then preaching.
“We want to pull youths using the artists. We are going to use it as a soul-winning occasion.”
The United Ambassadors of Christ Church originated as a small interdenominational in 2011 gathering in unit M at the visionary’s residential home.
Over time, it experienced significant growth, resulting in the establishment of a church and the acquisition of rental space at Rudorwashe Creche in Unit M, Chitungwiza to accommodate the growing number of congregants.
In 2017, The church organized two separate crusades in Chitungwiza as part of its outreach efforts before moving to its present site, to spread the message of the gospel and bring people to Christ.
In 2018, the church continued to expand and relocated to a new venue in unit K, where it is currently situated.
Due to the growing mandate, the church is crossing borders and now has another branch
established in Benoni, South Africa.
The church has up to over 10,000 followers on its social media platforms and is still growing.
