One of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Victoria Falls, will be temporarily closed today from 4 pm to pave the way for a special event.
In a statement, ZimParks confirmed:
“The public is being advised that the rainforest in Victoria Falls National Park will be temporarily closed to the public because of a special event happening in the park on Monday 15 April 2024 from 16 00 hours onwards.
“We therefore urge tour operators and individual tourists to adjust their itineraries for the day accordingly.
“Any inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted,” ZimParks.
With scale, drama, power, and beauty it is easy to see why Victoria Falls has been accredited as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
