Afro-pop artist Decide Razerera, formerly known as Doubles weKwaMarange is undergoing a major rebranding.
He has changed his name to Dongorere.
Dongorere, who hails from Marange in Bocha under Manicaland province, recently collaborated with Mbeu on a new track titled ‘Mari.’
Mari was produced by Cymplex Music.
He said the song ‘Mari’ draws inspiration from everyday life, particularly the challenges of financial scarcity.
“The song draws inspiration from the ups and downs of my own day-to-day life.
“There are times when money can be hard to get but through it all, I have learned not to lose hope.
“That’s the message I want to convey to my fans,” said Dongorere.
He emphasized the importance of collaborating with Mbeu, whom he referred to as his friend and younger brother.
“This collaboration marks our second project together with Mbeu my friend and young brother.
“This comes after our initial song ‘Iwewe,’ which was produced by Maselo years ago,’’ he said
‘Mari’ is Dongorere’s second release since rebranding from Doubles weKwaMarange.
