Zimbabwe’s Strongwoman Chido Maenzanise, is seeking a US$1300 sponsorship for her to attend the Western Cape Strongest Man 2024 in South Africa. She was invited to be part of the competition to be held on April 20, at Langenhoven Gimnasium Oudtshoorn.
Last year, she won a bronze medal at the African Strongman Championship in Zambia.
“I need over US$1200 to US$1300 for my trip to and from Zimbabwe.
“I am supposed to leave on April 17.”
Activities such as truck pull, log press max, deadlift for reps, medley, yoke into sled pull, and farmers walk 40m are expected.
The three-day event will require such a budget.
“Transport US$620, food US$200, accommodation US$180, registration fee US$20, and a supplementary budget for emergency US$200.”
