Prophet Walter Magaya, who is facing rape allegations, has been granted $3000 bail.
He was ordered to surrender his passport and title deed.
He will be back in court on February 16 for trial.
He is required to deposit US$3,000 with the clerk of court, report twice every week on Mondays and Fridays at CID Mukushi Academy, surrender his passport, surrender the title deed to his Mt Pleasant home, and continue residing at his current address until the case is finalised.
Magaya spent a week in custody.
