The Premier Soccer League has summoned Yadah FC and their official Spencer Muvadi to appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee following the alleged assault of Yadah FC goalkeeper Godknows Gurure in the changing rooms last week.
The assault came after their defeat in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match against Ngezi Platinum Stars FC played at Heart Stadium on Friday, 22 August 2025.
In a statement, PSL Communications and Media Liaison Kudzai Bare confirmed.
“The club is being charged with assault and violent conduct exhibited by its officials and sponsors towards a player at the end of the match.
“Muvadi’s charges include invasion of dressing rooms, assault and violent conduct towards Yadah FC goalkeeper Gurure and for conduct which is considered ungentlemanly, or improper behaviour likely to bring the game into disrepute.
“The disciplinary hearings will take place at the PSL offices on Thursday September,11 2025 at 5.30 pm.”
