The suspected robber who shot dead a Kadoma based police officer who was on duty while recording a statement is a wanted robber in the murder of businessman Joseph Mutangadura.
The deceased is a victim of revenge by the killer, according to sources.
The incident occured at around 3 am today.
An official comment from the police is yet to be issued but sources said the deceased was recording a statement from the suspect.
During the process one Sgt Major left the charge office leaving the deceased alone recording the statement.
Later on , while the Major was outside he heard the member running out of the Charge Office shouting ndapfuurwa.
