Documents circulating on social media have exposed a sinister ploy to nail Prophet Magaya by any means necessary if their contents are anything to go by.
Reports are that State/ police are holding one of the witness (name protected) at a secrete place, forcing her to testify against the PHD leader.
A letter dated 17 February, the woman’s lawyer one Takaindisa, said she is not the one who reported the matter and she is being held against her will and being forced to testify.
The lawyer has written to the State seeking her release and access to her.
In another letter dated November 2025, another lady also wrote to the Prosecutor General through her lawyers Antonio and Dzvetero indicating her intention to withdraw.
