Renowned Ruwa based land developer and Zanu PF stalwart, Rodgers Pote (44), recently engaged to Eunice Nyasha Zinyama (28) at a private cosy event that was attended by close associates.
Pote, a former Zanu Mashonaland East provincial youth league secretary for education is currently a director at Eastwinds Pvt Ltd, a company that is into land developing and property auctioning.
He also has interests in mining and entertainment industries.
His latest lover, Zinyama is a development practitioner and socialite.
This publication is reliably informed that Pote and Zinyama solemnised their two year long relationship on December 20 last year.
The glamorous and romantic ceremony was attended by Pote’s longtime ally Trymore Arineshto and his brother Edwell while Zimunya had Natasha Munotida and Nyasha Mahechane as her witnesses.
This publication is in possession of pictures and videos taken during the event that was held at Zimunya’s place in Chipukukutu, a suburb near Zimre Park.
Pote who is currently married to Munashe Mushonga and have three children could neither deny nor confirm the latest developments of him taking in a second wife.
“Where did you get the pictures, but anyway that is it, your guess is as good as mine,”Pote said.
“All is in order, it is not a secret , after all I am not the first man to have two wives.”
It is reported that Pote is arranging to pay lobola for Zinyama in June while he has already send emisaries to explain the latest developments to his first wife and her family.
