A 23-year-old man from Zhombe, allegedly killed a colleague after he had taken his hat.
Mpumelelo Ncube of Village Jobe 2 under Chief Malisa has been remanded in custody until 20 January 2026 on murder charges.
He stabbed the deceased on New Year’s Day.
Allegations are that on January 1, the accused person produced a knife and stabbed the now-deceased once in the right upper arm after the now-deceased took his hat.
The victim died at the scene.
The accused person will be back in court on January 18.
