Young girls from Teen Rescue Mission (TRM) have benefited from the ongoing Canadian Embassy broiler project.
In an interview, TRM director, Abraham Matuka said they are celebrating the success of their young girls who benefited from the broiler project.

Officials visited the TRM Youth Centre in commemoration of the International Day of the African Child.

“During their visit, we received 50 chicks, chicken feed, and baking ingredients.
“Our young girls have capitalised on this support, and today they are thriving in the projects, empowered with skills and a sustainable source of income.

“At TRM, we are committed to empowering young people, particularly girls, and promoting a future free from drugs, early pregnancy, crime, and gender-based violence.
“We are grateful for the Canadian Embassy’s support in helping us achieve this vision.”
