National Foods and Nestl\u00e9\u2014to resume deliveries and reclaim shelf space.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the inventory recovery, the retailer has begun reopening branches that were closed during the height of its cash-flow crisis, aiming to rebuild footfall and restore its commercial footprint.<\/p>\n<p>The turnaround drive follows an agreement with major trade creditors to defer legacy debt settlements, providing liquidity and operational headroom to resume trading.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate Rescue Practitioner, Bulisa Mbano, confirmed that these debt standstills have created the necessary breathing room to jump-start store operations.<\/p>\n<p>While acknowledging that operations are still in their early stages, management remains optimistic about stabilising the
