The Liquor Licensing Board is working on reviewing the 1976 Act, which has become redundant in modern times.
\nThis was revealed during the all-stakeholder meeting held this Wednesday in the capital.
\nThe process is aimed at aligning the Act with modern developments.<\/p>\n

The Liquor Licensing in Zimbabwe is governed by the Liquor Act (Chapter 14:12), which regulates the issuance of licences to ensure public order and health.<\/p>\n

The issuance of licences is practically guided by the concepts of Zoning and Clustering, which should be isolated and interrated inorder to have a clear picture.<\/p>\n
