<\/p>\nAfrica’s Strongest Woman, Chido Maenzanise, has added another gold medal to her collection after securing first place at the recently concluded Static Monsters World Competitions in Benoni, South Africa.<\/p>\n
This achievement follows her earlier success in February, where Chido placed first in her category at the Global Powerlifting and Bodybuilding World Championships held in Dubai.<\/p>\n

“At the World Competition of Static Monsters, I competed in log and axle deadlifts.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy maximum lifts were 90 kg in the log and 200 kg in the deadlift, which earned me the title of first in Africa,” she said.<\/p>\n
Chido also said that the results for the world record are still pending, as they need to be combined with data from European countries.<\/p>\n
“I would like to thank the Ministry of Sports and Deputy Minister Mai Jesaya for sponsoring me on this trip, as well as my coach, Black Moses.”<\/p>\n
On February 9, Chido, alongside her teammates Spiwe Munyaka and Simba Mhaka, made history in Dubai at the GLOBAL POWERLIFTING and Bodybuilding competition.<\/p>\n
Theycompeted against Britain, Australia, Afghanistan, India, and Pakistan.<\/p>\n
Chido not only took first place in her category but also finished second overall. Spiwe achieved first place in her category and third overall, while Simba was crowned the overall champion.<\/p>\n
