The two accused who were accused of raping social media influencer Mai Jeremaya have been found not guilty and acquitted.<\/p>\n

Harare regional magistrate Letwin Rwodzi acquitted the two Thabo Blessing Dube and Martin Charlie\u00a0 after a full trial.<\/p>\n

The magistrate ruled that Mai Jeremaya\u00a0 was consenting participant in a paid sexual encounter<\/p>\n

Her evidence was marred with inconsistencies.<\/p>\n

The magistrate also ruled that the\u00a0 State failed to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt.<\/p>\n
