JPI, a global leadership and empowerment organization founded by renowned Nigerian leadership coach Jamie Pajoel, operates in several African countries.<\/p>\n
Its aim is to groom the next generation of change makers.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want to create platforms where young people can be heard, supported, and trained. We are not waiting for tomorrow, leadership is needed now, and it starts with us.<\/p>\n
