Several people have been arrested for taking pictures using their smartphones at a road traffic accident scene.
\nThe police busted on the unsuspecting individuals who were busy taking pictures.<\/p>\n

This came to light when a commuter omnibus driver who was evading arrest was involved in an accident with a truck driver at the intersection of Robert Mugabe and Sam Nujoma Street in Harare.<\/p>\n
